Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Money-Back Guarantee

I offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you can request a full refund within 7 days of your purchase date.

Important Note

This refund policy applies to purchases made directly through me via Paddle. If you purchased through another platform (e.g., Chrome Web Store, App Store), you must follow their refund policies.

2. Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund:

  • Your request must be made within 7 days of purchase
  • You must provide your order details (order number, email used)
  • The Product must not have been significantly used or abused
  • Refunds are not available for renewal payments after the initial 7-day period

2.1 Non-Refundable Items

The following are generally not eligible for refunds:

  • Renewal payments after the initial subscription period
  • Purchases made more than 7 days ago
  • Products purchased through third-party marketplaces
  • Custom development work (quoted separately)

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please follow these steps:

Collect your order details: order number, email address used for purchase, and purchase date. This information is in your purchase confirmation email from Paddle.

Send a refund request through the contact form on the homepage or via GitHub. Include your order details and reason for the refund request (optional).

Processing

I will review your request and respond within 2 business days. Approved refunds are processed through Paddle, and you will receive confirmation from them.

Receiving Your Refund

Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on your payment provider.

4. Refund Processing Time

Once approved, refunds are processed as follows:

  • Credit/Debit Cards: 3-5 business days
  • PayPal: 3-5 business days
  • Other Payment Methods: 5-10 business days

You will receive an email confirmation from Paddle when the refund is processed.

5. License Deactivation

Upon refund approval, your license for the Product will be deactivated. You should:

  1. Stop using the Product immediately
  2. Uninstall or remove the Product from your systems
  3. Delete any downloaded copies

Continued use of the Product after refund is a violation of the Terms and Conditions.

6. Partial Refunds

Partial refunds may be granted in certain circumstances:

  • If you purchased a bundle and only want to return part of it
  • If there was a technical issue that prevented full use of the Product
  • If you upgraded/downgraded and need prorated adjustment

Partial refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

7. Subscription Cancellations

For subscription-based Products:

  • You can cancel your subscription at any time
  • Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund past payments
  • You retain access until the end of your paid period
  • The 7-day money-back guarantee applies to the initial purchase only

Before requesting a refund for technical issues:

  • Ensure your system meets the Product requirements

I'm often able to resolve technical issues quickly. Refunds are granted if I cannot resolve the issue to your satisfaction.

9. Paddle's Role

All purchases are processed by Paddle, who act as the merchant of record. Paddle handles:

  • Payment processing and security
  • Tax calculations and compliance
  • Refund disbursement to your payment method
  • Customer support for payment-related issues
