Terms and Conditions of Use

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the digital products, tools, and services (collectively, "Products") provided by AiKi Labs ("Developer", "I", "me", or "my"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use my Products.

2. Description of Services

I provide various digital products including but not limited to:

  • Chrome browser extensions
  • Desktop and mobile applications
  • Developer tools and utilities
  • Software libraries and frameworks
  • Documentation and support materials

All Products are delivered digitally through appropriate distribution channels.

3. License Grants

3.1 Free Products

Free Products are provided under a personal use license that allows you to use the Product for non-commercial purposes.

3.2 Paid Products

Paid Products are licensed, not sold. Upon payment, you receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Product according to the purchased plan:

  • Personal License: For individual use by a single person
  • Commercial License: For business or commercial use
  • Team License: For use by multiple team members as specified

4. Payment Terms

All payments are processed through Paddle.com, who act as the authorized reseller and merchant of record. By purchasing my Products, you agree to Paddle's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

Prices are in USD and do not include applicable taxes, which will be added at checkout as required by law.

5. Refund Policy

I offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for all paid Products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a refund within 7 days of purchase. See the Refund Policy for details.

6. Intellectual Property

All Products, including source code, documentation, designs, and related materials, are the intellectual property of AiKi Labs. The license granted does not transfer ownership of the intellectual property.

You may not:

  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Products
  • Remove or alter copyright notices
  • Resell, redistribute, or sublicense the Products (except as expressly permitted)
  • Use the Products to create competing products

7. User Conduct

You agree not to use my Products:

  • For any unlawful purpose
  • To harass, abuse, or harm others
  • To interfere with or disrupt the Products or servers
  • To attempt to gain unauthorized access to any systems

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

Products are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. I do not warrant that the Products will be uninterrupted, error-free, or meet your specific requirements.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Products.

10. Modifications to Terms

I reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of Products after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. Material changes will be notified via email or Product notifications.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where I reside, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
